These Terms of Service govern your use of Solviera and any order you place with us. The website is operated under the name Solviera (referred to as “we”, “us” or “our”). Please read these Terms before ordering.

You can contact us at charliely6666@gmail.com, by telephone at +44 7926408485, or by post at Unit A, 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, United Kingdom, IP28 7DE.
2. Using this website
You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with its security or operation, misuse another person’s information, introduce malicious code, scrape the website in a way that disrupts it, or use the website to commit fraud or another unlawful act.
3. Product information and availability
We take reasonable care to describe and display our products accurately. Screen settings can affect how colours appear, and minor variations may occur. All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and refund any amount paid for that item.
4. Prices and payment
Product prices and delivery charges vary by destination. We support display and checkout in Australian dollars (AUD), pounds sterling (GBP) and Canadian dollars (CAD). GBP and CAD shipping reference amounts are published in our Shipping Policy and are indicative only. Final product prices and delivery charges depend on the destination, total shipment weight where relevant, selected currency and amounts displayed at checkout before you place the order. Prices include UK VAT where applicable. You are responsible for any import duties or taxes that apply outside the United Kingdom unless checkout expressly states that they are included.
Payment must be authorised by your payment provider. We may use third-party payment processors; we do not receive your full card number.
5. Orders and the contract
After you submit an order, we will send an acknowledgement. That acknowledgement does not mean the order has been accepted. A binding contract is formed when we send a dispatch confirmation, unless applicable law requires an earlier point. We may refuse or cancel an order before dispatch for reasons including stock errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment failure, delivery restrictions or legal obligations. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the affected amount.
6. Delivery
Available delivery services, charges and estimated times depend on the destination, order contents and selected service. For orders to the United Kingdom, Australia and Canada, standard delivery is charged by total shipment weight, from A$18.00, with indicative GBP and CAD equivalents shown in our Shipping Policy. At checkout, the available service and exact weight-based charge are shown only after you select a supported delivery country and enter your delivery address, before you submit the order. Processing times, delivery estimates, address requirements and the destinations we serve are also set out in our Shipping Policy. Unless we agree otherwise, we will deliver without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is made.
7. Your cancellation and return rights
If you are a UK consumer buying online, you will normally have a legal right to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods, subject to statutory exceptions. Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains how to cancel, when goods must be sent back, return costs, refund timing and the rules for faulty goods. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights.
8. Faulty or misdescribed goods
We are responsible for supplying goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. UK consumers may have a 30-day right to reject faulty goods and may have further rights to repair, replacement, price reduction or a refund. Please contact us promptly if there is a problem.
9. Intellectual property
The website and its original text, graphics, branding, layout and software are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print reasonable extracts for personal, non-commercial use. No other use is permitted without written permission.
10. Third-party services and links
Links to third-party services are provided for convenience. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or separate terms. Your use of them may be governed by the third party’s own terms and privacy notice.
11. Our responsibility to you
We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or breach of rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you are a consumer, we are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.
12. Events outside our reasonable control
We are not responsible for delay caused by events outside our reasonable control. We will take reasonable steps to reduce the impact, keep you informed, and preserve any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
13. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we use personal information. Our use of cookies and similar technologies is also described there and in any cookie notice shown on the website.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order will apply to that order, unless a change is required by law and must apply earlier.
15. Governing law and courts
We comply with the applicable laws and regulations of the United Kingdom. These Terms and any contract between you and us are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you. If you live in England or Wales, you may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland, you may bring proceedings in the Scottish courts or the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Northern Ireland, you may bring proceedings in the Northern Irish courts or the courts of England and Wales.
